Together combined, we have participated in 20+ art programs as students or educators. We recognized the institutional fatigue and dysfunction that exist within an academic setting, where students often do not receive adequate resources and quality education in return for the high tuition rate. At JPA, the teaching is tailored to every student’s needs, contrary to the one-size-fits-all approach in traditional classes. We offer anything from drawing classes, painting classes, free public programming, and community events to ensure longevity and wholistic development of an artist’s life.

The flourishing of any artist requires resources, knowledge, community, and opportunities. We hope to share not only our experiences, but the fruits of our labor and discovery over the years with you at JPA.
